Speak with your driver before you sign and he leaves, so that it can be returned and credited on the spot. If you aren’t able to, please contact our friendly Customer Success team, and they will coordinate a pick up of the item. Once we confirm the returned item, we will credit your account accordingly.
All products are fully refundable (except alcohol and seafood). You have 24 hours to return perishable items, and 30 days to return non-perishables.
Please make sure to thoroughly check your delivery before you sign for it, as that signature is a confirmation that you are accepting what you have received.
