If you received a damaged product, speak with your driver before you sign for the order. You can return it to the driver so they can remove the charge from your invoice, on the spot.
Please make sure to always thoroughly check your delivery before signing for it, as the signature is confirmation that you are accepting what you have received.
Once you’ve signed and your driver has left, you’ll need to get in touch with our Customer Support team. Send us a picture of your damaged item, and we'll take care of it for you.
